Please review the Terms of Service below. By authorizing payment you are agreeing to the terms of service.

Pick up and Delivery.

DriFold is not responsible for stolen items. Please be sure to place your laundry in a secure area that is accessible to our techs.

Bags must be COMPLETELY CLOSED. There is a drawstring located on the top of the bags, please take care to securely fasten the top. Open bags WILL NOT be picked up.

You must have all bags ready by 8 AM on your specified delivery day. Pick-up is between 8AM-6PM. It is the customers responsibility to ensure bags are available and accessible by 8AM to insure pick-up. DriFold is not responsible for missed pick up due to inaccessibility. We allow a limited number of missed pick ups, and must be requested promptly. We understand that it takes time to get used to new schedules, so you will receive a courtesy reminder text the first few pick-ups. 

Delivery is within 48 hours of Pick-Up. All Thursday and Friday pick ups will be delivered on Monday. Delivery is between 8AM-6PM.

Regular Pick up and Deliveries will be moved to the following day in case of a service day following on a Holiday, and occasionally, bad weather. 

Item Rental Agreement

Lost, missing or damaged bags may be replaced for $9.99

Customers must provide their own hangers. DriFold will hang all items specified during sign up, any clothing unable to be hung due to lack of hangers will be returned folded. Any unused hangers will be returned.

Billing Agreement
Billing is done monthly or bi-weekly depending on your particular needs.

Billing may not be changed mid-month.

Invoices are due upon receipt and service will not continue in the case of missed payment.

Billing is reoccurring and can be canceled at anytime via call, text or email.

Bag Requirements

No “Hand Wash Only”, “Dry Clean Only” or Delicate items in your bag(s).
DriFold is not responsible for checking these labels in customers’ garments. Please check garments before placing in laundry bag.

Empty your Pockets. DriFold is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, etc.

We are not responsible for items left in clothing (i.e. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc.) that may result in damage to clothing during wash. Customers agree not to leave such items in items of clothing or in the delivery bags.

DriFold reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.

We assume no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying, including, but not limited to size change, color change or any variant in appearance.

Customer Preferences

DriFold will attempt to accommodate specific requests as much as possible. The customer is responsible for communicating their particular requests, including but not limited to which items they would like hung.
